Not sure if I'm more excited to try my new flavored gourmet bacon or that Baton Rouge got 3 inches of snow! Found this great website for gourmet bacon, and had trouble deciding which flavors I wanted...ended up with Apple-Cinnamon, Smoked Jalepeno, andn of course Cajun Hickory. I have a dinner party at my house tonight and I'm using the Smoked Jalapeno in my salad....can't wait to try and test recipes...never knew bacon could be so good!
